Two large Meiji period Kutani iron red dishes, one depicting an empress in garden scene, with female figures on bridge and in the distance, with buildings, branches and shaped border, diameter approx 30cm, height 6cm, with two figure marks to the base, the other with four panels depicting ladies in garden scenes, with a gilt and iron red fill and border, diameter 31.5cm, height 5cm, with red three character mark to the base (2).
