Originally there would have been a rod holding the three pieces in part - this is missing, so it is unstable and would require attention there. The coloured medium-sized Great Exhibition lid has a chip to the back rim, fritting and staining. The smaller Great Exhibition one has a fine crack running through it and small chips to the back. The large Paris 1878 is basically ok. The Dublin example has a chip to the front, heavily stained throughout, also has a chip to the foot rim. This pot also has a base which has two chips and is very heavily crazed. The smallest pot for Paris has a large chip to the base, heavily stained, further chip to the foot rim. All have crazing and staining to the surface.
