One of the wide barrel ends has some slight knocks which have misshapen the edge slightly. The night adjusters do adjust between three different filters. The case may not be original to the binoculars, does not have a cover and is lacking strap, etc.The second pair rattle when shaken and it is not possible to see anything through the binoculars. The case may not be original to it and it appears that the handle of the lid is a replacement and the strap has a later spring repair. Both cases with general age wear. This pair has wear to the lacquering around both eyepiece barrels and both arrow heads have been darkened out and one appears to have some loss to the edge around it. The lens is generally grubby on this one and with some flaking to the lacquering around the named section of the barrels. The pair with general wear throughout and loss of the lacquering to the raised areas which is showing the whiter metal beneath. All of the lenses are dusty and lightly grubby and with some finger marks. The arrow heads are clean and bright. The leather cases may not be original to the binoculars. One case has no front strap or carrying strap. This case is dented at the back and is lacking the liner to the underside of the lid. The stitching to the lid of the other case has worked loose and the lid is rather fragile. The hinge at the back is not original and the lid may not be original to the base section.
