Limbs loose, some holes and staining to the covering, has lost the index finger to the right hand with further wear to appendages, further general wear to the outfit. And the Theodor Recknagel doll has left eye has fallen back into the head, this will need some attention, cannot see if any damage has subsequently followed. Wig possibly cut at the base, refer to illustration.
