The blade is also heavily worn and pitted - particularly by the hilt, the white metal band on the hilt of the blade is misshapen and possibly retrofitted. The handle is almost certainly not the original for this walking stick. The horse's head walking stick - the threads are loose for the horse's head and it does not grip the collar properly.
