The hinge is heavily worn and only held on by one side. The lid does not close and is quite misshapen. The same for the smaller example. There is a gap between the hinge lip and rim of the lid. Heavy losses to the gilding throughout with the inner velvet liner heavily deteriorated. The two smaller examples missing the velvet from the insides with a replacement in one.
