The slightly larger flower head has movement to the leaves, this is by design. The stones are not graded and are drawing slightly but are well matched and it is an attractive piece. The largest diamond in the upper flower head central spray weighs approx 0.25ct, other diamonds weighing 0.20ct down to much smaller, some are drawing yellow, there are imperfections when inspected under a loupe but this does not detract from the attractiveness of the piece.
