The cornice is lifting and at an angle, there is a small chip to the upper section of ceramic pile. The whole piece has been screwed together with modern screws, back panel coming away from front and is missing some of these screws; backplate has been painted in gold, quite possibly replaced or part of the assortment of different componenets which make up this clock. The clock does not run when wound. Further general wear including scratches, tarnish, rubbing to finish etc throughout, will need attention and restoration.
